Who do you look up to? Why? I look up to my parents because they taught me everything I know, especially their morals. They are good people who have so much strength and independence. They emigrated from Vietnam, so that their children could live a better life. They overcame so many hardships during the course of their lives, but even now, they are still happy and caring people who want the best for me in life. What makes you proud of your ethnicity? Being a mix of both Chinese and Vietnamese, I get to eat good food from both cultures! I am proud that my culture has different customs and holidays than others. I am proud that I can speak languages other than English. Intelligent, clumsy, hardworking |

I would represent the Miss Temple Asia title by promoting the idea of the Asian community at temple as a second family. For many students, this is the first time away from home.
